She was fair to not only us, the sellers, but to the buyer, as well. The history: The house is over 60 years old and is a Mid Century Modern home designed by our uncle, Ben Hirsch. This neighborhood consists mainly of teardown of these older houses, where the lot is used to build mega mansions. My brother and I did not want this for the house we grew up in, and our parents held so many happy family holidays and celebrations. We wanted to pass it onto another family that would appreciate the design and structure of the existing house, and hopefully get the same enjoyment out of the house, as our family did. Once a serious buyer was found, being the age of the house, there were numerous things found in the inspection that required fixing or mediation. Debra was diligent in getting everything out in the open, resolved, and even bringing some bad news to us, the sellers, to make things fair to the buyer. She presented everything factually and truthfully, letting us know that our decisions about repairs, negotiations were the right things to do - of which we gladly obliged.
