We are truly so grateful for the entire Pulte team here at Laurel at Avina—Marina, Trinh, Omar, Chris, and everyone who has been part of our home-buying journey.
Their communication has been amazing from the very beginning. They take the time to explain everything about the house, answer all our questions, and make sure we understand every step of the process. They treat you like family, and they are always there whenever we text or call.
It has truly been such a blessing getting to know them. We are so happy with our experience and very thankful for all their help, patience, and support in making our dream home a reality.

The whole Pulte home building experience was wonderful. From sales, to design, to loan officer, to project manager to workmanship, to warranty, to title settlement , the whole experience was wonderful. My wife and I were not even in Florida during the whole building process. I would strongly recommend a Pulte home. My home is built like a tank with a beautiful inside and a beautiful outside.
Im so glad i end up buying here at DelWebb after driving around and looking at so many other communities .
Every one has been very helpful from the beginning to the end .
But........My Construction Manager was the BESTTTTTTT.
He was so patience ,kind ,and polite with me during all the process of the construction of my dream house !!!
I highly recommend This Community to everyone !!!
