My husband and I meet the wonderful ladies of Amesha Mason and Alysha Masters through the awesome Rhonda Davis of Murrell Homes in KCMO and these three awesome women did a seamless job of selling our home and KCMO and purchasing our home in Georgia. Thank you Mason & Associates! And this June 2025 will be 2 years in our new home that we still love so much. From the zoom calls to the finally meeting Amesha and Alysha in person it was a enjoyable and professional and rewarding.
We first came upon Amesha last year when we wanted to purchase our first home and my sister in law recommended her from experience. It was May 2020 and we are in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic... we had known for a couple months that we wanted to purchase a home so when we had our first Zoom meeting with Amesha we knew exactly which home we wanted. By the end of the meeting Amesha had guaranteed that she would reach out to the seller immediately so we could view the property. She came through on her word and the very next day we went to see the house. We fell in love and immediately told her we wanted to put an offer on it. Amesha was so on top of her game within a few days we were under contract! She set up for us to have the home inspection done immediately. David, our home inspector was fairly priced and amazing at pointing out the necessary home repairs. We were emailed a copy of the home inspection with very detailed findings and pictures. By the end of inspection day, Amesha was on the phone to start negotiations. Before the deadline was up, after going back and forth with the seller. Amesha had gotten all the repairs we requested paid for by the seller as well as basically all the closing cost!! Amesha is a godsend she was available at all times no matter night or weekend. She was one phone call or text away and was in touch throughout the whole process. She made our first home buying experience so easy and enjoyable! When it came down to the business being handled she did just that and we closed in 30 days!! During closing she made it so intimate and memorable giving us a celebratory "covid closing!" I have and will always recommend her to all my family and friends!!
