Great experience and knowledgeable agent! Francheska knows what sells! Initially didn't want to do any improvements or stage my house and she showed me the numbers to explore my options. Very grateful we did the updates my home needed and achieved more money in my pocket selling my home. Francheska is very knowledgeable with all the vendors and was very involved making sure things were running smooth. I highly recommend her and will use her every time I buy or sell a home.

Knowledgeable, Communicative, and Professional.Francheska was very helpful in helping me find my first home. She's only lived in Georgia a few years, but you would never be able to tell from her knowledge of the landscape. She represented me zealously--she made sure I knew about every listing in my price range, negotiated with sellers, entered each listing before I could get there to make sure it was set up for me, and challenged me to think outside the box.
