A Dr. Roof adviser came out and immediately noticed that the last company had damaged shingles above what they repaired. He gave me a fair price for repairing not only that damage but another spot that needed fixing as well. “I had work done a few years ago, the gutters installations was garbage, they came out a few to fix them but they didn't fix anything said they would send someone again nothing. When I called Cory and the other guy above him nothing ask to speak with someone higher then they stopped talking to me. I would never refer them. they will threaten you with lawyers if you withhold final payment as I did. reached back out nothing 2 yrs now. keep all communication on text or email. My 76 year anniversary of mother scheduled this company without discussing it with anyone in the family. When I heard the price I was sure she had been robbed or swindled. I called the company and found myself talking to the owner. We had a great conversation and he put me at ease with everything. I still drove 6+ hours to watch the work. I quickly realized I could have just stayed home. This company is great and took great care of mom. The materials, the people, and the work was all great. “Lauren and Ramona handled our roofing needs better than I could have ever expected. We met Ramona by pure happenstance because of our dogs at Reformation Brewery during the week before the closing on our house which needed a new roof within a week for us to be able to get insurance and close on our house. Ramona followed through the next day, set up the estimate, got us the best price with better shingles than I was quoted from another company, and hit the ground running to hurry up and get the crew to install our roof within a couple of days after we closed on our house. It was such a smooth experience with great people!

Just want to add that Peter (the supervisor for the crew during removal and installation) was just plain awesome! He’s a comedian, loves playing instruments, and keeps the install day fun! One single day to remove and install a new roof that looks beautiful! We went with the green shingles to be different and it turned out better than we expected!
