From start to finish, Chris and Avalon were on top of everything. It was extremely refreshing to work with such a professional group of people. Dealing with the insurance company and sorting through pricing and options can be very difficult and confusing, but Chris and his team made the process super easy and hassle-free. My favorite thing was Chris’s professionalism and punctuality. If I had any questions or concerns at all, Chris would IMMEDIATELY respond via text or phone. You don’t get that kind of person to person experience much these days. He even handles all of the insurance claim work/details and works directly with the agents so the homeowner barely has to do anything on his or her end at all. He uses the most up to date technology and equipment to survey your roof and, most importantly, the quality of the finished product is top notch. All in all, I’d say you could best describe Avalon as a company that has all of the bells, whistles and tools of a big national company, but the friendly, sincere and excellent interpersonal skills of a smaller one.
