Recently, Shawn Sheffield, a partner at Bob's Heating and Air quoted a replacement HVAC system at my home. Shawn was very professional and extremely customer friendly. Interacting with Bob's feels as though you have known them for years, which is a very rare in today's business climate.
Bob’s Heating And Air does not normally service my home. We had the coldest temperatures in a while this past weekend with wind chills in the negative. My furnace quit working Saturday night and my normal HVAC company didn’t answer the phone and a neighbor gave me their number. I called and Shawn answered the phone. Told him what was going on and he told me to send him a picture as the roads were not drivable.
I sent the picture and had him on the phone and asked him if I could FaceTime with him.
He agreed and I sat in front of my furnace ( in my garage) while we discussed what was going on and he told me how to get it running.

Bob’s is the best! Called them this morning and Josh arrived the same day and within 30 minutes had our heat back up and running. If you need HVAC help- call them and ask for Josh McKnight. He is so knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. He even showed us what was wrong so we could maintain our system more efficiently. I won’t use anyone else from now on.
