Everyone has been so great and patient and worked diligently with us to establish us as new patients. Dr West was highly recommended by friends and neighbors, and he was able to see us quickly. I have felt very welcomed and feel confident we are in good hands. Excited to have my precious fur babies switched over to this new facility!
LOVE the care my dog gets at Brookstone. Staff is amazing. Very courteous, and caring. Vets are very knowledgeable and thorough. Boarding facility is top notch. Wouldn’t bring my boy anywhere else!
As always, prompt polite service from friendly knowledgeable staff. Appointments scheduled so there is little to no wait time. Tech and Dr. Hiers put my high stress dog at ease. Never feel rushed and all my questions answered. So happy I found this vet!!
