Yall, when I tell you I was in DIRE need of a hair cut… it’s been almost 3 years since I have so much as trimmed my hair…. So I decided yesterday it was gonna happen… after a mishap booking online (I was unfamiliar with the system and there was a glitch 🫠) Mrs. Chanell reached out to me directly and apologized for the mishap and did everything in her power to squeeze me in yesterday, but ended up booking for today. But when I tell you it was 1000000% worth the wait…. It’s an understatement! This has got to be one of the BEST haircuts and the most phenomenal customer service I have ever gotten! Not only did she come back to the shop to cut my hair today, she shampooed, deep conditioned and styled it. But above all, she reminded me that I matter and I am loved and that I can’t pour from an empty cup, her exact words to me. And it’s so important to take care of myself too. I will absolutely be a returning customer, 10/10 and 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ across the board ! So yall, GO SEE HERRRRR!!!!! For all your hair needs!!!! All of them!!!
