Not only did he address the problem I had with a water incursion at the boot encasing a stand pipe, he provided many pictures of my roof for future documentation of changes to my roof from this date forward, and, during his examination of my attic space, he provided very useful information about the construction of framing of the roof support structure and how he could tell there was no issue with moisture in the attic based on a number of observations.
