James started working even before our first consultation, he asked me to text him pictures of styles that I liked, and then brought those and four others to choose from. There are plenty of other samples in his truck, but he did not want to overwhelm me. Once I narrowed it down to two, he brought full-size samples for me to keep until I made my decision with absolutely no pressure. Once decisions were made, the install crew were so personable and professional. As with any installation, there are hiccups, but James was on top of it and kept me informed and made sure they were resolved to my satisfaction.
