Things kept coming up on my end and I had to put it off. It was finally feasible for me recently. Chase was very willing to pick up where we left off and updated my quote.

Chase and Stephanie were both so helpful and willing to answer questions related to the work, scheduling, and materials.

My hardwood floors were refinished and look and feel amazing. I had the remaining carpet in my home replaced as well and they were very efficient. The one small concern I had was addressed quickly and worry free.

“I had to have the interior of my home painted. When I took down my drapes I saw the wall had a crack in it from the floor to the ceiling. My painter said I could have foundation issues so I contacted Structural Fix LLC (They are part of Southern Contracting) and they sent Randy Greene to assess my problem. Randy was friendly and professional. He used a laser that quickly illustrated that my damage was normal settling. I was SO relieved because he could have told me I needed thousands of dollars of repair work and I would not have known if it were true or not.
