US😊 From consultation to installment everyone involved was professional, communicators, and listeners. Every question was answered and explained in detailed (even when I expressed my feelings about carpet🫢) it was no pressure and I thank them for their patience and service.

Things kept coming up on my end and I had to put it off. It was finally feasible for me recently. Chase was very willing to pick up where we left off and updated my quote.

Chase and Stephanie were both so helpful and willing to answer questions related to the work, scheduling, and materials.

My hardwood floors were refinished and look and feel amazing. I had the remaining carpet in my home replaced as well and they were very efficient. The one small concern I had was addressed quickly and worry free.

“Mike Hearn's crew did an outstanding job remodeling 3 bathrooms in our 20 year old home. He largely works through referrals and you may have to wait a bit to fit into his schedule. Incredible work ethic and expertise. They stand by their work. They completely retiled a tub surround that didn't come out exactly the way Mike expected. They also completed a punch list of things our "new" old home needed (changed light fixtures, replaced kitchen faucet). I sourced all of my own materials, which gave me incredible freedom and flexibility. I wish I had unlimited funds because I'd love to see what they would do with my kitchen and poorly laid out basement.“

We got three different estimates for renovating our large townhouse patio to correct serious drainage problems and to create a space that felt like a yard. “I was given a card for Helen and her team while looking for floors to be installed. When I made contact with Helen, she was friendly, professional and explained the process to me. She asked questions and immediately sent me a quote for everything.

It took me several months to decide on flooring but once I did, I reached back out to Helen and scheduled a day and time. I will say that I am very pleased with the job her team did. My flooring took two days to complete as stated in the initial conversation. The team was professional at all times, thorough, very careful while moving my furniture, and just all around friendly.

They did a fantastic job with the installation and clean up! The fact that I absolutely loved the music that was playing made it even better!! I would definitely recommend Helen and her team. They do good quality professional work!“
