They came and gave us an estimate of what it would cost to put the floor in our sunroom. We agreed to the price and selected the wood floor that we wanted. They came to our home and prepared and leveled our concrete floor. Then they put down a moisture barrier and then put the floor down. This was all done in one day!! They even cut and fitted the floor around and under our stone fireplace! It is beautiful and everyone loves it. We are so happy with the people and the floor!!

We have used Kemp's Dalton West for personal and client projects and the results and customer service are always outstanding ! No matter who you are dealing with - they are all super professional, knowledgeable, and truly know their stuff. I would recommend them for any flooring needs!!

We just had our whole house updated with new carpet from Dalton's. I have never had the customer service or professionalism from any retailer. Cassidy the salesperson took care of all our questions and concerns. We had our carpet replaced the middle of December and we were afraid it was going to be a problem with Christmas. We also had a lot of heavy furniture. Havier the supervisor and his crew who did our insulation was the most respectful and professional installers I have every dealt with. If I had to rate this company, I would give it a 12 out f 10. I would give a strong recommendation for this company and their installers. Thank you for all your hard work.
