ER Walker Flooring Specialists
“I would like to express my sincere appreciation and recognition for the outstanding experience our family had working with ER Walker Flooring. From our very first visit to the completion of the installation, every aspect of the process exceeded our expectations.
When we first visited their showroom, we had the pleasure of working with Amy, who assisted us in selecting both our luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring and carpeting. Amy was truly exceptional at what she does. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer our questions and helping us make the right choices for our home. She provided a detailed estimate and even encouraged us to take samples home to ensure the flooring would complement our space. Her thoughtful approach and genuine desire to help us make the best decision made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Once we decided to move forward with the project, we worked with Rusty, the owner, to coordinate the installation schedule. Like Amy, Rusty was kind, considerate, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He was especially accommodating and flexible as we wanted to complete painting and other preparations before the flooring installation began. His willingness to work around our timeline demonstrated the level of customer care that sets a family-owned business apart.
The installation team also deserves special recognition. Each member of the crew was professional, friendly, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship. They took great care in their work and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.
We are absolutely thrilled with the transformation of our home and could not be happier with the results. It is refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service as much as ER Walker Flooring does.
We wholeheartedly recommend ER Walker Flooring to anyone considering new flooring for their home. Whether you are looking for carpet, luxury vinyl plank, or other flooring options, you can trust that you will receive outstanding service and superior workmanship from a team that truly cares about its customers.
Thank you, Amy, Rusty, and the entire ER Walker Flooring team, for making this such a positive experience. Your dedication and commitment to excellence are greatly appreciated”
