“Georgia Air Contracts has been the HVAC contractor that my late wife and I used for decades. This included the HVAC system for a two-story detached home with zone control and a HEPA filter, and it now involves the heat pump system in our high-rise condominium, which involves interacting with the common facilities in the building.
Their work has included seasonal maintenance and also system replacements or upgrades.
Charles Tucker, the service technician that we see regularly, is outstanding. He knows what he is doing, doesn't try to upsell when it isn't needed, and will help design a fix if needed.

After living in a 92 degree hot house for over three weeks, paying over 400 dollars to 3 other companies in the area, I reached out to creekside and they came out and fixed the issue within 2 days! Jennifer and her staff was excellent.. She was very caring about the condition of me kids.. If you have any issues ac or heat please contact them because they have a wonderful, caring staff!“

“Honest and good work, used them twice, once a couple years ago when thermostat went out Saturday of Labor Day weekend when 95 degrees, here in a couple of hours.
Used them again last month for stopped up AC drain, and while at it, had them check my units. Both checked out good, and got away with what I thought a fair price. The thing is, one of these heat pump units is an unheard of 35 years old. All the tech had to say is your unit is bad, needs replacing and I would have forked over the thousands of dollars for new unit. Instead he said ”working fine, doesn’t even need Freon”.
They will be back when I need AC or heat pump work done.“
