I cannot say enough good things about Southern Comfort Air Services. From the initial estimate to the final work, they were professional, timely, and incredibly helpful. Dustin went above and beyond to get a new system installed quickly during a heatwave. He explained everything clearly and even fixed a few major issues he noticed at no extra charge. Highly recommend! Don't hesitate to contact him, he's the best at it, you wont regret it. Thank you for everything Dustin!
Dustin is the man. 100% use him if you need something HVAC related. Coldest night of the year (of course) our unit had an issue and I called him at 10:30pm. He was here before 11PM and done before 11:30PM. Immediately solved the issue and even did another little thing to help prevent it again without being asked. I won’t call anyone else ever again after this type of experience! Thank you for being awesome!
Over the years we had three companies come out to work on our HVAC in the fixer upper house we purchased. We ended up company hopping for various reasons. The last company was Dustin, with Southern Comfort. Frankly, I don't like strange men in my house. Being a female, too many times things have made me uncomfortable. But Dustin is so kind and laid back. He's the kind of guy that just makes people comfortable. I also appreciate how he explains what needs to be done and why. It needed a part replaced that he didnt have, he went to the store and came back within the time he quoted (2 hours). But more importantly, let me tell you how much my dog LOVES this guy!
