I have a friend of mine who got amazing service from this place but couldn’t leave a review so I’m doing it for him. The technicians are super amazing ! Always do a wonderful job. But I will let you know if you get that lady Natasha on the phone SHE’S super damn rude!!! Shouldn’t even be working in customer service ! But all the other representatives I talk too are always so pleasant.

My technician, Zachary, was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I truly appreciated his integrity, attention to detail, and the way he took the time to ensure everything was handled properly.
I also want to recognize Natasha, the dispatcher, for being so friendly, courteous, and helpful when scheduling my appointment and answering my questions. She made the process smooth and pleasant from the very beginning.

I have 2 AC units.
One went out on me and a technician came out a couple days later.
The technician who checked my unit was really nice and knowledgeable and then the next day the salesperson who came out was an absolute God send. He told me the story about the history of the company and the owner.
The next day, 2 technicians came out and replaced the unit and the furnace.
The replacement came with a new thermostat which I love because I can monitor it from my phone and make adjustments.
The whole experience, although costly, was very pleasant and everyone did a great job.
