“I called with an emergency situation. My heating unit was down due to a bad blower wheel. My mother in law was in home hospice and in final transition. We needed to get the heat fixed asap. I explained the situation to them and they were able to get a technician out. I don't remember his name but he was very caring & professional. He called his supervisor Jeremy and he picked up the blower wheel in Monore and personally delivered it. They got the unit repaired and the heat was back on. Unfortunately Mom passed away later that night, but thanks to the extraordinary effort from Snellville HVAC team, her final hours were comfortable. Many thanks & we are forever grateful to you!!“

“They deserve more than 5 stars. From day one they gave my wife and I multiple options to salvage or go for new units. After weighing out the options my wife and I went for 2 new units. We were given multiple options for each unit during the quote process and the sales pro left me without any questions. He explained how the units work and what would be best for my house size without breaking the bank. “I began using Phelps Heating and Air when I live in Oxford. I had a system that was only about 2 years old and it had died. Phelps was prompt, professional and fairly priced. I had them put in a new unit and signed up for the service contract. I never had another problem with the HV/AC in that house. I sold that property but the Phelps team still contacted me for the spring maintenance. I let them know I no longer owned that home but I would use them when I purchase another. A few years later, I had moved to the Monroe area and decided to purchase another house. I set up the maintenance agreement immediately after moving in. The heat and air system in this new home was 20 years old, they keep it going for 2 or 3 years after it should have been replaced. Last November, right after Thanksgiving, my heat went out again, they came out and flipped a switch and like magic it was working again. The technician explained the problem was in the mother board and would happen again.
Trying not to spend the money during the holidays, I put off replacing the system. Then it went out again December 21st. I knew I had to replace it. Jason met with me to go over my options and answer my questions. I decided to replace the full system. He had a team at my house the before Christmas to put in the heat system and scheduled a time shortly after Christmas to finish the job. I cannot say enough good things about this company. You will have a company you can trust to do a good job promptly!“
