I recently had garbage disposal problems and I contacted Roto-Rooter. They came out the next day and determined that I needed a new one. I had a hunch I'd need one. The previous one was over 20 years old. They told me exactly what to get and I got it the next day for them to install. I called them to make an appointment and they came as soon as I was available. Hannibal was the tech that came and installed it for me. He installed it fairly quick and talked about how not to misuse it. He was very knowledgeable. If I could give a rating of 10, I would!! Although I have not experience anything like this before (so I don’t have a point of comparison), they are top-notch service providers!! First a technician came to repair the clog in my sub pump - thorough, kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Then came the project manager, and he was responsive each and every time I texted, called or asked a question. He was so helpful and equally patient, kind and knowledgeable. This was a very disruptive life event and I benefited greatly from their kindness and grace. Last night Cyrus and Derek both helped me with an issue I was having on a newly closed home. Even though it was after hours they kept working until they had an answer, so grateful to have peace of mind. Highly recommend:)
