They washed it twice to make sure every stain was removed, and before boxing it up for preservation, they invited me in to inspect everything and make sure I was completely happy with the results.<br><br>Throughout the process, they kept me updated with photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Leaving such a sentimental keepsake in someone else's hands can be nerve-wracking, but they treated my dress with so much care and professionalism.
