They were even able to replace a broken zipper, and my dress looks amazing. They washed it twice to make sure every stain was removed, and before boxing it up for preservation, they invited me in to inspect everything and make sure I was completely happy with the results.

Throughout the process, they kept me updated with photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Leaving such a sentimental keepsake in someone else's hands can be nerve-wracking, but they treated my dress with so much care and professionalism.
