They explained processes clearly, let customers know exactly what to expect, and were timely and very efficient. The guys were on time, familiar with paperwork, and thorough with information concerning questions and the next step. They asked about wishes and explained the downside of them. They placed boxes where requested and placed non-salvageable boxes in requested space. Customers appreciated the call ahead, especially for a day sleeper with severe insomnia. The company took care of items soiled in a fire, including heirloom quilts and a 1960's 7 Up Santa. The guys who picked up and dropped off items were so kind and did an excellent job cleaning everything. In the wake of a scary fire, it was reassuring to have such competent help. Customers definitely would use Renew again and highly recommend this company.
Johnathan and his partner were very respectful young men. Not only did Jonathan ask me ny wishes, he explained the downside of them. They did everything I asked them to like leaving plastic on clothes even though I knew the risk. They placed boxes where I wanted them, offered to open which I declined, and placed non-salvageable boxes in my requested space. I believe I made it a great experience for them too since I'm retired Air Force and a Stand Up Comedian. I especially liked how they called ahead since I'm a day sleeper due to severe insomnia. I found the representatives and their trainer to be very helpful in my recovery from a catastrophic house fire. I had a lot of textile items, including heirloom quilts that I was concerned about restoring. Now I am waiting to see if they can restore my 1960's 7 Up Santa to his original glory!
