Jack performed the most professional tests to verify the correct size we needed, they installed a vapor barrier and encapsulated my crawl space and installed a new Dehumidifier. My home has never felt this comfortable and smelled this good in over 20 years I've owned this home. “The technician was great, but your call center customer service was terrible. A part was needed for my repair, tech said would come direct in just a couple of days. Re-appointment made for 8 business days later to finish repair. I call the call center the Wed before our appt, they say the part has not shipped and they will expedite. Then I call the Friday before, I get the exact same answer, has not shipped, they will expedite. The part shows up the next day, I call to tell them it is here but before I can, I get an automated message telling me my part has not shipped yet....what a mess.“
