When I made my request for the reinspection, the Conyers scheduler gladly accommodated my request to have a different technician come out and reinspect my property. The new technician, Austin, was professional and knowledgeable. He spoke to me prior to starting the job telling me what steps he was going to take during the inspection. After he finished, he again reached out and told me what he had found and the corrective action he had taken. After speaking with Aaustin I felt my home was safe from pests and that I was a valued long-term customer I so greatly appreciated the thoroughness Austin put into the task. I would like to have Austin perform all my home pest inspections going forward. Austin deserves a 5 Stars rating but because the service was a repeat, I must give American Pest Control 4 Stars.”
