PHILLIP BLALOCK was absolutely amazing!!! He answered all my questions and talked me through everything he did. He also made sure I knew it was all pet and baby friendly. He deserves a raise because he was fantastic and I would recommend anyone requesting him. I know I will be if I ever need them to come out again.They did call me the next day and said I had an appointment for service but the lady was very nice and canceled the appointment on her schedule when I explained I already received service.
Some of the chemicals are good but the focus is on trying to get you to sign up for additional services and not taking care of the primary issue you signed up for.Also their scheduling system is a nightmare, on 2 separate scheduled appointments the technician did a no show with no call. When I called into the office no one knows anything. That’s the most unprofessional way to conduct business.Services: Rodent extermination
I’ve had a termite contract with Terminix for 30+ years. I recently discovered that I had termites and that they had caused a considerable amount of damage to my living room wall, floor joists and basement apartment. Terminix treated my house to kill the terminates and contracted with Thomas Construction Inc to repair the damage. They did an excellent job of repairing the damage and making everything like new again at no cost to me. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. I’m glad I’ve had Terminix all these years.
