“I had to have my annual service repeated because the first technician did not check all the bate stations. When I made my request for the reinspection, the Conyers scheduler gladly accommodated my request to have a different technician come out and reinspect my property. The new technician, Austin, was professional and knowledgeable. He spoke to me prior to starting the job telling me what steps he was going to take during the inspection. After he finished, he again reached out and told me what he had found and the corrective action he had taken. After speaking with Aaustin I felt my home was safe from pests and that I was a valued long-term customer I so greatly appreciated the thoroughness Austin put into the task.
