“This company really knows what they are doing to get rid of and keep unwanted pests out of the house. They have a quick response time for emergencies, like with my issue with fleas a few months back. I do wish that the services were cheaper. The people I've talked to on the phone were incredibly nice and informative every time I've talked to them. The only negative experience I've had was when I was offered a free home inspection. A man came by and we got to talking. I meantioned to him that I had a company come out recently for foundation repairs. And that's when everything went downhill... He proceeded to talk down on me like a stupid typical woman who trusted the wrong company to do foundation repairs and that I should've went to Active Pest Control for that. He said that I needed to get them to redo the repairs the other company did when there was nothing wrong the work that was done.. He had a really bad attitude about it. After he left that day, he called me multiple times for several days before I had someone leave him a voicemail to stop harassing me. I did mentioned all of this when I called their office and I hope they did something about that guy. I still can't believe he had the audacity to treat me with such disrespect.“
