“Brandon just left my house and the ongoing AC has been properly diagnosed and repaired! I have a home warranty and they sent out a hvac contractor on 4/4/25. The contractor, who will remain nameless, trying not to be petty, came to my home 4 times! Yesterday my unit just died but the thing is, it's only 1 year and 6mos unit, installed in 2023!!! The guy came out at 630am this morning, opened the unit, said its electrical, said he had another appt at 8am and left me high and dry!!!! I called Meeks at 7am, they came at 3pm, fixed the problem, explained the issue, provided further course of action and left me feeling like I had a true professional looking out for my home! I recommend Meeks to everyone. I dried my tears and felt at peace in my home again. Thank you Meeks Heating & Air!!!
UPDATE: 11/28/25. Day after Thanksgiving!!! Ugh!!! Heating system went out. Call Meeks, spoke to a live person! Said someone will be out this afternoon, 2 min later Hunter called and said he was on the way, 30 min later he's at my door. Ascertained the problem, ordering replacement wires but was able to fix unit temporarily which is more than I could ask for since call was on short notice. Meeks is the best and I am sticking with this Company! Warm regards ( pun intended).

12/18/25 UPDATE: After my heating system was repaired, I felt the thermostat settings were off. Colby was dispatched and made the adjustment I requested. A few weeks later, I realized the original settings were actually correct and called again.
Colby came back promptly and, without any complaint, adjusted the thermostat back to the original settings where it should have been. Once again, the company provided excellent customer service—and Colby was right!

They put in a new unit and thermostat and saved us from a miserable summer last year. Only thing is they never told us where the filter was located to change it out and when we called they said it was “probably” in the return vent but they never came in and put a filter in and our return has no filter. So for a year we’ve had no filter and don’t know where it is to put a filter.“

“AAAC saved the day after my father almost got scammed by another HVAC company (big franchise company, you've seen their vans). Other company said compressor was shot and wanted $10-17K for a complete system replacement. We called AAAC for 2nd opinion and Rodney came out, confirmed compressor was fine, diagnosed the problem a result of improper maintenance (outside unit was dirty/clogged, causing other problems). Rodney washed it out and restored operation. Literally all we needed was to wash it out. Shame on the other company! Let's support local, honest, independent folks like Rodney @ AAAC.“

“I am so happy right now, I have been without A/C for WEEKS now, and during a heat wave! My landlord has been sending incompetent people (from another company) over to literally do NOTHING with my unit, multiple times within the last 3 weeks. Not only did this other company do nothing when they came out, they weren’t very communicative with me. I am also on SSRIs, so I am very heat intolerant, and my son would wake up in sweat puddles.
