My first experience with Green's Heating and Air. The owner, Mr. Ladd was very kind and professional. I needed a quote to replace my 20 year old AC unit. Ladd took the time to explain what the issues were and inspected all of my ductwork. I really do appreciate his kindness and his time checking my old system out thoroughly. He was very patient in answering all of my questions in detail. Very knowledgeable! Thanks Ladd!!
Ladd Jr came out to our house on a Sunday afternoon since our unit was not working properly. It was 84 degrees in our house! He had us fixed up working properly within an hour. He still stayed for a bit to make sure the unit was functioning as it should be. Ladd Jr was professional, courteous, knowledgable and kind. Thank you Ladd Jr! Thank you Green’s Heating and Air for having such great service techs and for having reasonable prices, even for an emergency call on Sunday!
