Mike came out in 4th of July weekend to check my air because ir had gone out. He check and it was the motor. He was so disappointed that he wasnt able to get the problem resolved that day. We thought we was going to have to wait until

We purchased ac system year ago. Great customer service definitely give them a call. Had to call out for maintenance repair same day service. The house is 70 on inside with 100 degree weather outside and power bill went down in cost. 💯

I called Jackson Heating & Cooling because one of the AC units was no longer cooling in my office in Jackson. Mike Davis showed up that same day with the best attitude even though it was 95 degrees outside. He had to install a motor in one unit (which they had in stock) and add coolant to our other unit because it wasn't cooling as well as it should have been. He came inside to check everything before he left and had the greatest attitude. Thanks Mike for all you do, and doing it with a great heart!
