“Fresh Start heating & Air's overall service was exceptional. The technician went above and beyond starting with the rapid response and same day service. Next, the tech displayed a great deal of Patience and Determination being that the expectation of the repair turned out to be more than what was anticipated. Lastly, the technician verbally expressed he did not want to have my family and I resting in discomfort another night. Hearing that was priceless and it was backed by his professional effort. On behalf of my family and I we are truly grateful and definitely recommend Fresh Start to anyone in need of HVAC service.”
“Our AC gave out right in the middle of this awful heat, and Byron completely saved the day today. He got out here and got us cooled down so fast.
We’ve been using Quincy and Byron for over 12 years now across three of our family homes, including my mom’s. Quincy is usually our main contact, and whether it’s him or Byron, they are just the absolute best at what they do. They always get straight to the root of the issue and diagnose it correctly every single time. On top of being experts, they are consistently fair, polite, and just good people.
Having people you can completely rely on in a stressful situation like this is everything. Thank you so much, Byron, for rescuing us today, and thank you both for taking such good care of our family all these years!”
