“I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so after an interaction today. Andrew made a late trip out to our house after our new unit went out. It was 85 degrees in our house! We had a power surge that caused a part to fail. I was so impressed by Andrew! He was younger and went out of his way to explain some basic AC knowledge with me…something I’m not used to seeing often, even from older individuals. I felt very comfortable even though it was just me and my kids. He even took the time to show me the coils and explained how to clean them properly. He didn’t leave until almost dark and I know he probably didn’t have a short drive home. I was so impressed with him and his company and I’m so excited to sleep in a cooler house tonight.
