Had a different company come out to my house and tell me that my reverse valve had failed and that the coolant my unit used couldn't be gotten anymore. Their solution was to replace the entire unit. I called Phillips for a second opinion because things didn't seem quite right and he had a technician at my house within an hour. The verdict, nothing at all was wrong with the unit. It had just been extremely cold and the unit was working how it was supposed to. Didn't even charge me a diagnosis fee for coming out. Saved me thousands of dollars in repair or replace costs that I otherwise would have likely bought. Could not recommend Phillips heating and air enough.
