“I cannot say enough good things about this place. We evacuated from Florida to Georgia because of hurricane Milton and of course my dog ends up being really sick while we were there. We found out she was sick at 3 PM on a Thursday and they invited us in right after promptly picking up the phone the first time. No wait times, we were there by 4 PM. Turns out she had really bad bladder stones and a UTI and they were ready to do an emergency operation on her. She is almost 2 weeks into healing and is doing so much better. She feels great! Thank you for taking care of our precious snowy! Don’t even second-guess coming here, bring your animal. They will get the best care!“

“Highly recommend! It’s always tough looking for a new vet to trust when you move somewhere new but Intown Animal Hospital (both locations) has been awesome taking care of my pup! I was nervous about a recent teeth cleaning and small surgical procedure but the staff and Dr. White put me at ease immediately. Dr. White called me before the procedure and right after the procedure providing updates which helped calm my nerves. She also called the day after and a week after just to check in. Fantastic customer service and pet care all around. 5 stars and more if I could give them!“

“Just returned from our first visit at Ormewood, and this was easily the best experience we've had at the vet. Everyone took so much time and care to discuss our dog's health needs and answered any questions that came up. I usually go into vet appointments with a certain level of skepticism, but from the get-go knew this was a top tier clinic. “I received excellent service from Ansley Animal Clinic every time I took my kitties there. Dr. Roton is the best veterinarian I've seen in a very long time. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and caring towards his clients and their furry kids. I trust Dr. Roton completely with the care of my cats. It's not easy to find a great veterinarian, and I have much respect and appreciation for him. He took such great care of my Winona during her battle with cancer.
The whole staff is also simply wonderful at Ansley. They are very nice people, understanding, courteous, and accommodating. They follow up and call you back. Nothing slips thru the cracks.

“Dr Biddlecome is an absolute gem of a person. I went into the appointment in desperation after my 5 year old cat suddenly displayed uncharacteristic aggression to a member of the household. She was not only patient with our concerns and fostered an open environment where we felt comfortable unburdening our concerns but she was gentle in her handling of Franky and offered multiple solutions to try remedying the issue. “This place is amazing! They really are the ideal neighborhood pet shop. Everyone one is so kind, caring, and solution oriented. Our rescue can get weird about treats and food and they’ve helped us get the varieties she will eat immediately and won’t squirrel away under the carpets or trade with the cat for his food. They have a rewards program where once you’ve bought enough you get one free. it brings the price to the same or cheeper than the big box publicly traded company’s. When we ran out of food for our cat while quarantining they delivered for us. Shop local and check out this fantastic spot!“

This clinic will also be upfront about what they can and can’t do (surgeries that require overnight care, for example) and do not scare you into doing unnecessary tests and procedures.“

“Dr. Berger and his team are incredible, kind, and compassionate. We brought our puppy, Cartier, home about 3 months ago and have had a nightmare time due to a parasite that was found on his first exam. After multiple rounds of treatment and visiting Dr. B sometimes several times a week, he is finally all better and looking forward to all the fun puppy things he hasn’t been able to enjoy. Dr. B has been tremendously kind and helped make sure I didn’t lose my mind lately. Dr. B, Sarah, Joyita, and all the rest of the staff always make sure our little guy is comfortable and answer the thousands of questions I’ve had since becoming a new dog dad. Their fear free approach has helped make going to the vet a non-event for us and Cartier is always excited to see everyone.

There are definitely cheaper options around, but at Petwell you truly get what you pay for (and they offer convenient monthly care memberships that can really help make the cost more manageable, especially if extensive care is necessary as in our case). We couldn’t be more grateful to have found this wonderful team and look forward to having them as part of our extended family for many years to come. I’d highly recommend Petwell to anyone, but especially new pet owners who might need more guidance from a very patient vet team.“
