I brought my cat Sansa here after a referral from her primary vet. Everyone there from the front desk staff to the techs and doctors were absolutely amazing and kind! She had her diseased eye removed and her healing has been remarkable! I’m so impressed by the techniques used during and after her surgery which made the post-op care zero maintenance for me. Douglas and Dr. Desai were especially wonderful! I’m so thankful that I was able to give my cat the best care possible at Blue Pearl.
I appreciated the calm care that the staff gave to my cat while I was anxious about him. They took him back immediately and informed me of his status pretty soon after. The wait time to see the vet was longer than quoted (nearly 4 hours vs. 2), but it’s an ER, and they had a number of patients come in. I appreciated that the vet explained what she thought my cat’s diagnosis was and what all my options were. I just wish the seats in the waiting area were more comfortable, and that they didn’t blare Animal Planet on TV.
The staff rushed our dog in to get care as soon as they saw he was in trouble. They were able to move quickly, but still explain everything and make sure that we were okay with charges as they worked. Extremely compassionate and followed up after the visit.Will be recommending for all other pet emergency/hospital needs.
