Amazing Service and Staff -
Gave me a list of options on the phone that might better suit my pets needs due to his condition(surgery or hospitalization was a possibility) but ultimately I decided that I wanted him examined immediately so took him in.
Greeted warmly and promptly roomed, amazing ladies at the receptionist desk.
Wait and service wasn’t too long it was about a 1.2 hour visit maybe slightly less. Gave me a list of options in detail that might suit my pets needs and the Dr. even compacted the list to suit my budget. He was given injections and tested for pancreatitis, given two medications. We just moved to the area and wanted to get our dogs established with a vet in the area. Both of our dogs are anxious, with one being reactive. The team at West End handled them with care and professionalism and helped ease our own anxieties. They were efficient but thorough and explained everything in depth to us. They even gave our dogs cute bandanas to wear when they finished their visits. Would highly recommend this team!
We had a wonderful 1st visit with our baby Rottweiler. Everyone was super nice. I haven't had a dog in over 15 years and the prices have really gone up but its understandable considering our economy right now. They gave her a little Halloween scarf, she was so cute.
