“Amazing cleaners that offer superb dry cleaning. Sandra answered the phone when I called for a quote to dry-clean a queen-sized weighted blanket. I actually called a couple other dry cleaners in the area, but they we not friendly like Sandra was on the phone. She was really sweet, and I could tell she was very customer-service oriented.She was quick with the quote, and it was the best price I had gotten from all of the cleaners I called. I immediately drove there to drop off the blanket, and Sandra was even more awesome in person. Her energy, enthusiasm, and care was evident.She explained that I could pick in up the day after tomorrow. I just got my weighted blanket back today and it is SO clean. Sandra even packaged it in a complimentary plastic covering to keep it pristine. Moral of the story, this is the best cleaners. “I was fortunate to learn of John while needing some coverup embroidery work done on two perfectly good Nike backpacks that were a part of a swag gift bag for an organization. The initial recommendation was for another specialty shop that does embroidery. However, they only take orders of larger lots (quantity). They were happy to refer me to another local shop that so happened to be John. He came highly recommended by the other shop which was already a good sign. I reached out to John and he was very knowledgeable over the phone and told me how could help me whenever I was ready to bring over the work to be done. He walked my husband and I through selections and even went as far as promising to get us the work earlier than anticipated due to our travels. He definitely promised and delivered! I saw some of his other work while inside his shop and it made me miss my days of wanted everything I owned monogrammed. He does great work and I got some cool gift ideas while watching him walk through another customer's large custom order. Fast forward to my writing this and I've sought out John. He plans on matching the red of the Polo with his embroidery work of my son's initials, coupled with exact sizing of them to match the size of the Polo logo on the opposite side. My son will love his custom Ralph Lauren robe as a surprise birthday gift! John does great and timely work. He is warm, welcoming, friendly and a snazzy dresser to boot! If ever in need of custom embroidery work do not hesitate to give John your business!“
