Saul's was the place I went when we moved to Sandy Springs in December 2025. I read reviews about dry cleaners and theirs were consistently good. NOW, I can add my review to the mix!
Not only do they do a beautiful job with dry cleaning, Amy and her team have repaired a torn down comforter for us, repaired a snag on a sweater, sewn a moth hole in a cashmere sweater, and just recently, ordered eyes from Amazon to replace the eye chewed off a Jellycat lamb by my dog!! I'm convinced there's nothing they can't do in the alterations/repair department!
Angelica is always lovely, and so are the rest of the staff (sorry I don't have everyone's names!)
******Okay not Brazilian! One of your employees told me she was.
Noticed on more than 5 occasions the woman who’s always out front won’t even service me when I am picking up or dropping off items. I don’t know her from Adam’s Apple!! It’s just sooo obvious to me !!
She makes sure to take care of anyone Yte….or of that caliber. But for some reason 👀she won’t acknowledge my presence. So I go through the drive thru and she really can’t use those great customer service skills I’ve seen her give!🙄
She runs to the back or acts like 🙂↔ nope not taking/ talking/servicing her!! 😳
Bad for your business! Because she’s out front with that… read full review

Was in the area and stopped by to drop off some clothes. Karla and Chris did an amazing and excellent job on my custom clothes and as I do NOT live in the area set me up with an account should I be in the area again. Their customer service to me was very energetic and friendly! Value for the service was well worth it! I believe I will be back as they have Saturday hours!!
