A good bit pricier than some, but you truly get what you pay for! I had many items, mostly pants, that needed hemming or other repairs and adjustments. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and made the fitting process straightforward and pleasant. When one pair of pants wasn’t hemmed short enough to my preference, I brought it back a few days later and they adjusted it perfectly for no extra cost and didn’t give me a hard time about it at all. Shanghai will have my business as long as I live in this area!!
This team is the best in the business! Quality work, fast and friendly service. I purchased two new items that needed alterations (sleeves shortened). Also took two additional items that needed similar alterations... been procrastinating for years. Shame on me for waiting so long! Outstanding experience from top to bottom, beginning to end. Now, I'm looking for items at home that need an improved/proper fit.
I would never take my alterations anywhere else. The work is of the highest quality and the service is always top notch. I can’t think of nicer people and would recommend them unconditionally to all.
