Absolutely insane this place doesn’t have thousands of 5 star reviews - especially since I’ve come a handful of times now on random days and they always seem to have a steady stream of customers. I came here originally with a significant alteration for a jumpsuit that was not at all straightforward. They delivered and more. Since then I’ve brought 3 different suit jackets. From the time you walk in to the time you leave with your garment, you feel like you’ve known these people for years as they treat everyone like family and on top of that, they are clearly professionals that can handle any complicated ask. A good bit pricier than some, but you truly get what you pay for! I had many items, mostly pants, that needed hemming or other repairs and adjustments. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and made the fitting process straightforward and pleasant. When one pair of pants wasn’t hemmed short enough to my preference, I brought it back a few days later and they adjusted it perfectly for no extra cost and didn’t give me a hard time about it at all. Shanghai will have my business as long as I live in this area!!
