It’s clean, the machines work well, and they offer words of encouragement.
About Pure Laundry
Pure Laundry offers a convenient and friendly experience for customers. The facility has plenty of machines available, even on weekends, allowing customers to wash and dry their clothes at reasonable prices ($5.75-8.00 for regular wash and $1.25-3.25 for dryers). The clean and pleasant-smelling laundromat also offers an app payment option. The staff is helpful and responsive, providing excellent customer service.
The reviews mention that the washers are clean and have a sanitize cycle, making it a preferred choice for customers who are building a house and need a clean laundromat. The location is easy to access, and the machines are in good condition, with the option to pay with cash or Bluetooth. The facility is well-maintained, and there is always someone cleaning the premises.
However, there was an incident regarding a customer with a service dog, where the staff initially did not allow the dog inside due to the "no pets" policy. After the manager addressed the situation, they agreed to provide training to be more aware of service animals and offer assistance to the customer in the future.
Reviews
This is by far the absolute best laundry facility in all of Dunwoody very clean alll machines work perfectly and Christoper is hands down the best at everything he does Hes so kind and courteous Hes hands on always willing to help and correct an issue if there is one this man works super hard and definitely deserves a raise I will always continue coming here.
By far one of the cleanest and most efficient laundromats I've been to. You can tell the owner and staff care both about the upkeep of th machines as well as offering both delivery and drop off service for wash and fold. I definitely intend on using this place in the future for my uniforms, bedding and other items they don't fit in my laundry machines and take me too long at home to finish cleaning.
