I had a great experience here. Jay, the owner, is very professional, kind, and genuinely cares about her customers. I had an urgent request to steam my coat, and while I couldn’t find anyone else in town to do it even within 24 hours, she got it done in less than two hours.

I had to urgently get a blazer cleaned for a trip and called several places, none of which actually did the dry cleaning in house. I called Esquire and explained what I needed, she asked can you get here in 15 minutes? I said no but I can in 30 and she said come on. I dropped off my blazer and 2 shirts around 10 and had them back at 3:30 the same day. I give them an A+ for customer service and my clothes looked great!
