“J&S Roofing was recommended to us by 2 different people. One of them is a local businessman we have know for a long time. Due to weather conditions, there was a delay in the beginning of the work to be done. Once conditions were favorable for roofing work, we received a call from James advising us of the window the work would be done in. The supplies were delivered on Thursday, the dumpster for old roofing on Friday, and the actual work began before 7:30am on Saturday. By 2pm Saturday afternoon, the replacement roof was installed and all cleanup completed. The work crew for this job was very professional and worked as an efficient team.“

“We had our 40-year-old solarium replaced with 3 new Pella windows and 2 skylights. It was a complex job, but renovation specialist Joshua Welch, superintendent Shawn Anderson and office administrator Tonya Jones handled the process with professionalism. Workers Daniel and Martin were great, as well, providing hands-on labor (cutting, building, measuring, staining, roofing, etc.) with precision. This was our second major window project with Ben Hill Renovations and hope to work with them again.Services: General window replacement“

“Mr. Cobb is a friendly guy. But low quality work. They've been done since January/February of 2023 and there is lot of issues. While they were building they did leave our roof wide open for leaking. There is still water damage on our "living room" wall.And the bathroom door that was replaced doesn't even open or close properly. ?“
