I have now had Structural Fix work on my house and my partners house. Both times they were professional, on time, and knowledgeable. For the repair to my partners house they came out after we found a rotted beam that having fixed would have potentially lengthened the schedule of our bathroom remodel. They sent enough people out to get the job done in a timely and saved our schedule. Jeff is beyond honest and will never oversell. The crews have always been professional and treated us and our homes with respect, they have incredible knowledge of older homes that need finesse and care. I had several companies come out to bid on removing a post in my basement, install a new beam and correct the balance of the sagging beam in my basement so my flooring was level on the first and second floors. I realized through this process that it's challenging to find companies that will take the time to completely understand the issues and think through solutions properly. Jeff, the owner, came out and provided the most thorough overview and correction options by far and explained in detail what the best solutions would be. Hands down, we will never hesitate to call on Southern Contracting in the future. We needed some structural repairs to an addition on our home. We fretted over having to deal with contracting companies and whether we would make the right choice on who to do the job. My husband got three quotes from three different contracting companies. The first two quotes were totally absurd in comparison to what the job would entail. Our third and final quote came from Southern Contracting and was much more conducive to what would actually need to be done in order to correct the problem.
