I actually called a couple other dry cleaners in the area, but they we not friendly like Sandra was on the phone. She was really sweet, and I could tell she was very customer-service oriented.She was quick with the quote, and it was the best price I had gotten from all of the cleaners I called. I immediately drove there to drop off the blanket, and Sandra was even more awesome in person. Her energy, enthusiasm, and care was evident.She explained that I could pick in up the day after tomorrow. I just got my weighted blanket back today and it is SO clean. Sandra even packaged it in a complimentary plastic covering to keep it pristine. Moral of the story, this is the best cleaners.
