Unfortunately, the new guy who took over this dry cleaners has really compromised quality, service, and common courtesy. The guy behind the counter, perhaps the new owner, is extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Don’t bother to ask him for special instructions because he won’t oblige. We have decided to go elsewhere after he shrank two $400 pairs of pants. We strongly advise against using these cleaners if you care about your clothes.

Under new management, this place has gone downhill. We had several items dry cleaned and they came back with sweat marks and clearly had not been cleaned. When I brought them back, they said they would take care of it. They did, and then charged me a second time and refused to “take care of it.” A customer of almost a decade is now moving on…

We have used First Class Cleaners about 4 times. They did a good job with basic items. We had no issues until I requested that my leather and suede jackets be cleaned. I needed alterations in the lining for the leather jacket for a trip to the mid-west. I was told that they would send it out to have it cleaned and the jackets would be ready in a week. I retuned twice on the 7th day and the jackets were not available.
