The delivery service is fantastic! After my first order, they provided a personalized garment bag for future services. I just specify my pickup date on the app and drop it off with my concierge. You can track the status on the app, apply coupons, see an itemized receipt, it’s honestly so convenient it’s unreal. I just had a sanitizing service on a king sized comforter and it was packaged up in a lovely mattress bag in perfect condition. I appreciate the weekly email reminders for service too.
