I’ve been using Zam’s for 10 + years! Can’t think of one negative experience or anything that ever went wrong. So consistent, pleasant and dependable! Recently, I had a coat that was so cute but way too big and pretty expensive altered for a very good price and now it is the cutest, most stylish thing as if they designed it themselves. Custom made for me. They’ve altered many things for me, which is also very convenient.
I have taken two leather coats to this cleaners and they do a great job. The owner Nadia is friendly and always a pleasure to see. I do not have experience getting regular pieces cleaned— wool, cotton etc— but I can say that I am very satisfied with their work. Although more on the expensive side, I can rely on them for a good job and great service.
I absolutely love the service! I have used Zam's for many years and have never been dissatisfied. This is by far the best cleaner around. When I lived in Tucker, I was a regular satisfied customer. A few years ago I moved to Snellville, Georgia. I happily drive from Snellville to Zams in Tucker to get my comforters, jackets, dresses, etc., cleaned because I know the work will be superb. I don't even look at my clothes when the wonderful owner brings them out to me because I know they will look like new. The owner has become my friend. That's how personable she is.
