This place is amazing! I was so upset having taken my suit to be dry cleaned at a dry cleaners on Sandy Plains Road in Marietta, they charged me for cleaning where as I had wine stains(visible) I had requested to be removed. Stains were not removed resulting in my being upset, kind of angry! I had passed by Swiss cleaners on Johnson Ferry numerous times so I decided to ask, beg them to try and remove the wine stains. I had my wedding dress and veil cleaned and preserved, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Matthew was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and took the time to answer all of my questions.
They were even able to replace a broken zipper, and my dress looks amazing. They washed it twice to make sure every stain was removed, and before boxing it up for preservation, they invited me in to inspect everything and make sure I was completely happy with the results.

My daughter’s wedding gown had gotten a significant amount of dirt in the middle of the train due to the way it was bustled and having an outdoor wedding. She wanted to have some additional bridal portraits made so we brought it in to see if anything could be done. The results were amazing! The dress looks brand new!! The staff was so friendly and helpful!!
