I have been coming here for quite some time. I am now 82 yrs old and I have had to stop for about 3 months due to family issues. During the time I was coming regularly, I felt better, walked straighter (meaning my shoulders were even and my balance was great) and I had a new lease on life. In 3 months time, I am worse off than I ever had been. I can't wait to get back!!!

Abby was absolutely amazing! I called to set an appointment to get an up do for my wedding, but I called five months before. She was the only hairstylist I could find that would do my hair on a Sunday and also booked my appointment right away! She reached out to me about a week before my appointment to see what style I was interested in and also asked if I had pictures of what I might like. I sent her a whole bunch and told her that I wanted a half up/half down whimsical look. I even sent her pictures of my dress to get her opinion on possible styles. She absolutely loved what I sent her! The morning of the wedding I went to see her and she was very personable and professional! While she did my hair, I was able to sit back and relax and drink my coffee. It gave me the time I needed to gather my thoughts and prepare for a busy day. I brought a few hair clips and we finally decided on just one hair clip. I mentioned to her that I had a lot to do before the wedding and that I needed my hair to be very secure, especially since the wedding was about four hours later. Needless to say, my hair was PERFECT and it stayed put, just like she said! I will definitely be going back to see her in the future and highly recommend her to all my friends and family!

We moved into our new home with not only our house stuff but also my newly retired husband’s home building stuff. Due to illness, he was unable to be involved in the move. The result was atotal chaotic mess in our basement. It was full and there were several levels deep of boxes, furniture, decor, etc. I was stressed and knew it was more than I could manage myself. I needed HELP!Terri, Jimmy and Sara of Real Order are miracle workers in my book. As soon as I consulted with Terri, I knew I had found the right people who could handle this job. This was a hard-working bunch that methodically went through everything. After our first 4 hour session, I was amazed at how much we accomplished and knew that there was hope for our disaster area. In three appointments, my basement is an area I am proud to show anyone! In one more session, they helped me organize my garage and now we can actually fit all our cars and golf cart in it and it looks so nice!I sure wish I would have known about them before we moved. I would have hired them to manage the whole thing and that would have relieved me of so much stress.If you need help with organizing or managing a move, contact them. I was cautious about ‘just walking in’. Maps said they get very busy but I got right in. Faye (amazing!) cut my hair. She took her time and cut it exactly the way I wanted. So when she offered a hot shave I said yes straight away! Gel, hot towels, shaving cream and the smoothest shave I have ever had! I will definitely be going back here!

They give the best pedicure, If you don’t like a rough callous removal I would request for them to go light, but if you do love a good callus removal (like me) and a good foot message I highly recommend. I always get my nails done here aswell and have not had any issues.

I've been to Gold City to see Jenn for several helix piercings and most recently a daith. She is absolutely the best! Today I went to have Alex bring my dragonfly tattoo back to life. It was severed, for lack of a better word, when I had to have a skin cancer excised. From the consultation, to the care and time he obviously spent thinking about a design (even noticing that I am obsessed with hearts), to how perfectly the recreation turned out, he was amazing! I cannot recommend Gold City highly enough. They are literally just the best! Thank you so much!
I was so scared to get my nipples pierced, but my piercer was very charismatic and made me feel very comfortable. I love my new piercings! She did a great job, and it was very inexpensive!
I called Greg Daniels plumbing after taking on a home project that was much more involved than I thought. I spoke with the office manager at 8am explaining my situation. I sent photos and in 10 minutes I was speaking to Greg and 1 hour later Greg and his Son were at my home to start with the project. They completed what needed to be done by 4pm allowing my bathroom tiling project to continue with out delay. Greg Daniel Plumbing is the best! Super responsive and so professional.
My guests ran out of hot water and they were able to come out right away to diagnose the problem - Fast, professional, and knowledgeable - they explained what they found, sent photos, and were able to install a new water heater right away - totally saved the weekend!! America's First Choice of Dawsonville GA did both a concrete sidewalk and installed drywall in two new bathrooms of our home in Alpharetta, GA. We found them to very trustworthy, friendly, and worked hard to make sue the jobs were complete to my satisfaction. We couldn't have been more pleased with having them do the work and highly recommend them.
We work with Kasteel Enterprises consistently with roll off dumpsters for them. Their dumpsters are always neat and clean, job sites are in great shape. They have never been behind on billing, as a matter of fact they stay ahead! Great people to work with and very professional.
We just finished a build with Southland, and we couldn’t be more pleased! As others have said, sometimes there was a struggle with up-front communication, but we never had any issues receiving a response anytime we contacted Jodi (sales), Brian (project manager), or Wendy (main office). My only “negative” with the process is how long the house would go untouched, but once work was started, there was a LOT done in a very short amount of time. I’m sure that’s all part of the process of building a home, but as this was our first time building, we didn’t know what to expect. If that had been communicated to us up front, I would have zero complaints. Our house is gorgeous, very well built, and we couldn’t have beaten the price anywhere else! We would absolutely use Southland again.

I have used Gilstrap since 2015. They always provide the great quality of service consistently. Everyone is so kind, courteous, gracious and professional. I now have a second home and called them to take care of my exterminating needs here as well. Jayson and the crew are incredible people. I was a little nervous about the merge with Northwest, but I haven't noticed any difference. The Gilstrap crew up in Dawsonville are outstanding!

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience delivering a load of stone to this location. The owner was the nicest person I’ve ever met. He stayed late to ensure I was unloaded quickly, which took only about 20 to 30 minutes. The property had ample room for me to turn my semi around, and he even offered me a place to stay on-site if I needed to take my required 30-minute break.
I highly recommend this place for their outstanding service and hospitality!
We recently used Bennett Landscape Inc. for several projects at our house. The projects were all hardscape type, and required the demolition and replacement of deteriorating exterior stairs and failing retaining walls.
I initially met with Mason at the site and discussed multiple options on the replacement of these things. He was very thorough during the process, and willing to answer many questions about modifications to the initial estimate.
After finalizing a decision on how to proceed, I worked with Ansley on scheduling the project. She was very responsive to my phone calls and emails during this process, as well as during the actual project itself; providing fantastic customer service. She even coordinated a visit by Josh (project supervisor), prior to the start of the start date, in order to discuss several of my concerns.
On several occasions during the project, I also communicated with Teri and Brandi of the team in the office, and they too provided fantastic customer service.
The team that came out to perform the actual work was fantastic. Matt, Ryan, Mike, and Joseph showed up every day at the time they said they would, and got to work right away. They worked very hard every day in an attempt to complete the project in a timely manner; all along paying attention to every detail, to ensure the work was done professionally and as specified in the scope of work. I tried best I could to stay out of their way; but on the occasions when I had any questions about how it was proceeding, they were always willing to provide informative answers. Josh came out to the site on multiple occasions during the project, and was always willing to answer any questions I had, and provide suggestions on certain things.
We were very happy with the outcome and quality of work as it relates to this project, and all who were involved!!
Had a small/medium Redbud tree removed due to excessive leaning near house. From initial contact to task completion was 3days. Quote was very reasonable and pleased with results. Site cleaned and debris removed. Will definitely engage again as need arises.
We've used GA 400 Tree & Stump removal twice and both experiences have been great. Their prices are very fair and they always clean up after themselves. We will absolutely use them again any time we need trees or stumps removed!
