I had a differnt board and certified plumber come to my house yesterday to look at my issues with a leak I had outside. All they had to do is listen to me and he was very rude. I am so glad I called Brock Plumbing and they came out today and replaced the water valve and expansion tank and no leak is outside any longer. Also they replaced the guts inside both upstairs toilets and no running toilets now. I highly recommend Brock Plumbing. Great customer service and great employees.
I highly recommend this plumbing company! I had a bathroom leak where the water wouldn’t stop running, and they were at my house within an hour. They fixed the problem quickly, the price was very reasonable, and everyone I dealt with was professional and trustworthy. Their customer service is always excellent, and it’s such a relief knowing I have a plumber I can count on. Couldn’t be happier with the service!
I had a great experience with Brock Plumbing from start to finish. Erin called me back almost immediately after I reached out, which I really appreciated. She was friendly, professional, and made scheduling quick and easy. Alex did an excellent job—he was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole experience was smooth, and it's obvious they care about providing great customer service. I highly recommend Brock Plumbing and will definitely use them again.
