My guests ran out of hot water and they were able to come out right away to diagnose the problem - Fast, professional, and knowledgeable - they explained what they found, sent photos, and were able to install a new water heater right away - totally saved the weekend!! They have been great with calls for any issues that come up - Highly recommend!
If i could give Brock Plumbing 10 stars, i would. From Erin who answers their calls to Alex who came out - we were really pleased with their work and responsiveness. We were “lead astray” by 2 other Septic companies on work they said needed to be done. Alex dug and found everything in fine working order with our septic tank and field lines! He explained things thoroughly to us. Please call them for your plumbing or septic needs - you wont regret it!
Amazing company, had a blockage backing up our pipes causing it to flood our house. Called them and they came out immediately at 6 at night and got the blockage cleared and put a new toilet flange in! Super efficient and affordable!
