Refuge Salon stylist, Tiffany Wingate, has been my stylist for over 10 years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. Even though I travel more than 80 miles to see her, it's absolutely worth the trip every single time. Tiffany is an expert in color and consistently delivers beautiful, natural-looking results that exceed my expectations.

My hair needed a lot of help. Tiffany did magic. She made my hair look amazing and brought it back to life. She took her time to make a plan about what we’re going to do and it came out Amazing. The salon is beautiful and the staff is so nice. I will definitely be back.
